The Italians have known and have cooked with the simplest of ingredients for years and have made an art-form of turning some of the most humble foods into tasty and mouth-watering meals. Our next class - The Italian Peasant Kitchen: Summer Edition - draws on Ann's family experiences and the summer dishes she grew up with. Using summer essentials such as zucchini, eggplant, basil, tomatoes and quality extra virgin olive oil, you will enjoy an interative cooking demonstration to create aromatic and delicious dishes followed by a long-table lunch eating the fruits of your labour.

Get back to basics and make your own bread. We're very excited to have
YOKE MARDEWI present this interactive demo class where you will learn
the basic art of making true sourdough bread. Yoke is an accomplished
author and master of all things sourdough. She will guide you through
the whole process, and you will feel, touch, smell and best of all,
taste a range of breads. At the end of the class you get to take home
your own sourdough culture, recipes and notes to get you started. The
class includes morning tea on arrival, tastings and a delicious lunch.
